Stevens Square Community Organization: Life in the heart of Minneapolis

The SSCO Housing & Development Committee meets monthly for the purpose of (1) reviewing development proposals and land use applications as they move through the City of Minneapolis approvals process, and (2) working towards the achievement of SSCO’s development-related goals for housing, the commercial corridors, the pedestrian orientation of the neighborhood, and the Stevens Square historic district. 

The Housing & Development Committee meets the 1st Tuesday of each month, 6:30pm, at the Loring-Nicollet Community Center at 1925 Nicollet Avenue.
