Directions to the neighborhood (intersection of Nicollet/Franklin):

From the east: From I-94 west take the 11th Street exit, and follow 11th street to 3rd Avenue.  Go left on 3rd Avenue to Franklin Avenue.  Take a right on Franklin Avenue.

From the west: From Hwy 394 take the Dunwoody Exit and take a right on Lyndale Avenue.  Continue on Lyndale to Franklin and turn left.

From the north: From I-94 east take the Lyndale Avenue exit.  Continue on Lyndale to Franklin and turn left

From the south: From I-35W take the Downtown Minneapolis exits and enter I-94 west.  Take the Lyndale Avenue South exit, and follow Lyndale to Franklin Ave.  Take a left on Franklin.
